From Montréal, passengers are to check in 60 minutes prior to departure.
From all the other bases, check in is 45 minutes prior to departure.
Note: In Montréal, please allow ample time to go through security. Air Creebec is not responsible for delays in security.

A fee of 30 percent will be charged for refunds.
Tickets are valid for one year from date of issue.

Terms & Conditions for our lowest fares. ( Non-Refundable Tickets )
Our lowest fare requires that you book at least one week in advance.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. There are limited seats per aircraft for these low fares. Once these seats are gone we can only offer a regular fare.
Exception: Our lowest fares from Montreal to Val-d’Or and vice versa do not require advance booking.
Once tickets are issued, the ticket becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
Changes are allowed but only to the date(s) and with a change fee of 100.00 plus applicable taxes. The change fee must be paid immediately.
Changes to the date of a ticket must be made before the original date and flight of departure and also at least one week prior to the new date.
Exception: For Montreal to Val d’Or and vice versa changes can be made any time before the original date and flight of departure.
Failure to follow these rules for changes will result in a loss of the ticket.
To rebook new dates, the flights must be available for the low fares on the new dates or a difference in fare may apply

Proof of age will be required at check-in, failure to show proof of age will result in having to pay an upgrade to a regular fare.
Identification needed to board Air Creebec flights
- One piece of valid PHOTO identification that is issued by a government authority and that shows the passenger’s name, date of birth and gender
or
- Two pieces of valid identification that are issued by a government authority, at least one of which shows the passenger’s name, date of birth and gender
or
- A restricted area identity card, as defined in section3 of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations
Please note that only the actual card/ID is acceptable as a piece of identification. Under no circumstances, can an electronic copy of an ID be used for traveling.
